شركه جوجل تقدم هاتف آرا لـ 100 شخص لاختباره

قدمت شركة «جوجل» الأميركية 100 وحدة مجانية من هاتفها الخاص بمشروع «آرا» Ara الذي لايزال في مرحلته التجريبية، والذي يهدف إلى تقديم هاتف مكوّن من قطع قابلة للتغيير. 
وأوضحت «جوجل» أن أكثر من 90 ألف شخص سجلوا أسماءهم ليكونوا من الأشخاص المحظوظين الذين سيحصلون على نموذج أولي من الهاتف بهدف اختباره، واختارت الشركة أكثر 100 شخص نشاطاً، وقدّمت لهم الهاتف بشكلٍ مجاني. 
وأشارت الشركة إلى أنها ستستمر في صقل النموذج الخاص بهاتف «آرا» على مدى الأشهر الثمانية المقبلة، ما يعني أن النسخة النهائية قد يتم الكشف عنها في مارس 2015. 
يُذكر أن شركة «موتورولا» التي كانت مملوكة من قِبل «جوجل» كشفت عن مشروع «آرا» أواخر العام الماضي، ومن ثم احتفظت «جوجل» بمجموعة ATAP المسؤولة عن تطوير مشروع «آرا» تحت إدارتها، بعدما قررت بيع شركة صناعة الهواتف «موتورولا موبيليتي» إلى شركة «لينوفو».
