سامسونج تطلق أجهزة ذكية بشاشات قابلة للطي في 2015

أعلنت شركة “سامسونج” الكورية الجنوبية عن نيتها الكشف عن أجهزة ذكية مزودة بشاشات قابلة للطي خلال عام 2015، وذلك في حدث أقامته، الأربعاء، للمستثمرين والمحللين الماليين.
وأوضح “أو هيون كون” نائب رئيس الشركة الكورية الجنوبية أن شركته ستركز خلال الفترة المقبلة، وتحديداً خلال العام المقبل، على تطوير والكشف عن مزيد من الأجهزة الذكية المعتمدة على الشاشات المرنة والمنحنية، وذلك إلى جانب تطوير أجهزة عاملة بشاشات قابلة للطي للكشف عنها في عام 2015.
وكانت الشركة الكورية الجنوبية قد استعرضت سابقاً، خلال مؤتمر CES 2013 في يناير الماضي، عرض تقديمي لإمكانيات استخدام الشاشات القابلة للطي في صنع أجهزة ذكية غير تقليدية.
وقدمت “سامسونج” من خلال العرض نموذج لجهاز ذكي بشاشة قابلة للطي مما يجعله قابلا للاستخدام كهاتف ذكي أو حاسب لوحي، وذلك بالإضافة إلى نموذج لحاسب لوحي بحجم القلم تقريباً مزود بشاشة يمكن طيها حول نفسها وفردها بضغطه زر.
هذا، واستغل “أو هيون كون” الحدث ليشير إلى أن شركته مستمرة في العمل على تطوير ساعتها الذكية “جالاكسي جير”، وهي الساعة التي تم الكشف عنها في سبتمبر الماضي.
أوضح نائب رئيس الشركة الكورية الجنوبية أن ساعة “جالاكسي جير” سوف تحصل على عدد من التعديلات التي تجعلها مناسبة مع متطلبات المستهلكين، ولم يستبعد نائب رئيس “سامسونج” أن يتم استخدام تقنية الشاشات القابلة للطي مع الأجيال القادمة من الساعات الذكية.
يذكر أن إعلان “سامسونج” هذا عن موعد الكشف عن أجهزتها ذات الشاشات القابلة للطي يأتي بعد إزاحة الشركة الكورية الجنوبية عن أول هواتفها المزود بشاشة مرنة، وهو الهاتف “جالاكسي راوند“.
ويشار إلى أن “سامسونج” وضعت في خطتها لأجهزتها الذكية خلال عام 2015 أن تزودها بمستشعرات للتصوير ذات درجة وضوح أعلى من المتوافرة حالياً في الأسواق، وذواكر من نوعية DRAM بدلاً من NAND ومزودة بمواد وبنية جديدة تماماً.
