أظهر تقرير حديث أن العام الفائت 2013 كان الأسوء على الإطلاق من حيث عدد البرمجيات الخبيثة المكتشفة.

فبحسب شركة “باندا لابز” PandaLabs الأمنية، ومنذ ظهور أول برمجية خبيثة قبل 40 عامًا، كانت حصة العام الماضي هي الأكبر على الإطلاق، وبنسبة تقارب 20 بالمائة من العدد الإجمالي من جميع الفيروسات المكتشفة حتى الآن.

وزاد عدد البرمجيات الخبيثة الجديدة خلال عام 2013 عن أكثر من 30 مليون، أي بمعدل 82,000 برمجية جديدة يوميًا.

ووجدت شركة “باندا لابز” أن من بين كل عشرة تهديدات أمنية جديدة مكتشفة خلال العام الفائت شكلت الفيروسات من نوع “تروجان” ما يزيد عن 7 منها، هذا وتمكنت الشركة من اكتشاف 21 مليون فيروس “تروجان” جديد.

وبالنسبة لباقي أنواع البرمجيات الخبيثة، شكلت البرمجيات من نوع “الدودات” Worms ما يُقارب 13.3 بالمائة، في حين شكلت الفيروسات التقليدية ما نسبته 8.49 بالمائة، أما برمجيات التجسس spyware والإعلانات adware فقدرت بـ 6.93 بالمائة.

وعلى صعيد التوزع الجغرافي للبرمجيات الخبيثة، كانت الصين الأكثر تأثرًا وبنسبة بلغت 54.03 بالمائة، ويعود السبب في ذلك إلى أن المستخدمين الصينيين هم الأكثر استخدامًا لنظام التشغيل “ويندوز إكس بي”.

وفيما يخص الشركات التي تم استهدفها بهجمات إلكترونية مستهدفة أو ثغرات أمنية، فقد أشارت شركة “باندا لابز” إلى أن أربعًا من الشركات التقنية الكبرى قد وقعت ضحية لهجمات إلكترونية معقدة، وهم “تويتر” و “فيسبوك” و “آبل” و “مايكروسوفت”.
